1. Information You Provide
VoyaScope does not require you to create an account or sign in.
We do not directly request or collect your name, email address, telephone number, address, payment information, contacts, photos, videos, or other personal content through the App.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, and improve the App.
2. Information Collected Automatically
The App and its third-party service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and language settings
- Advertising or device identifiers, where permitted
- IP address and general network information
- App interactions and advertising activity
- Crash reports, performance data, and diagnostics
This information may be used to operate the App, deliver advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and improve the user experience.
3. Location Information
Certain map, traffic, compass, or nearby-location features may request access to your device’s location.
Location access is optional and is used only when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
VoyaScope does not maintain a user account or build a personal location history. However, map or advertising providers may process location-related information according to their own privacy policies.
4. Advertising
VoyaScope uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process device identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, advertising data, diagnostic information, and approximate location information to deliver, measure, secure, or personalize ads, subject to your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
Where required, the App will request your permission before allowing tracking. You may decline tracking permission and can change your choice in iOS Settings.
